SLOW FLOW
Wake up with the sun and breathe in our peaceful 75-min SLOW FLOW. This gently nourishing and soulful vinyasa is a lovely way to close-out one week and to begin anew. This flow allows ample time for centering, movement, and stillness.
RESTORE
Move gently amidst the warm salt lamps and moonlight in this restorative evening practice.
RESTORE pairs breathing with mindful movement to mobilize and stretch the body while soothing the nervous system. This calming 60-minute flow is the perfect way to end the day.
STRONG FLOW
This 60-minute power vinyasa is the perfect start to your weekend! Each class begins gently and builds for an exhilarating release. STRONG FLOW blends breath, heart-pumping music and strong movement so you leave feeling revived, refreshed, and at ease.

BALANCED BODY
Originally designed as a dancer-specific class, Balanced Body focuses on movements to mobilize, stabilize, and strengthen the entire body. The class is open to anyone wishing to target joint stability, mobility, balance, stabilizing core musculature, and strength using resistance bands, bodyweight, and the TRX.
This class combines breath work, elements of yoga, and resistance training upstairs in our calming BREATHE Studio. Bring your yoga mat!
The overarching goal is to foster a healthy relationship with self-awareness and self-care, while training to be a more durable and resilient dancer or individual.
SMOLDER BREATHE & BALANCE for ACTIVE SENIORS
This mindful movement class for Seniors highlights essential aspects in maintaining independence, well-being, and a balanced body. Our class begins each week seated in a chair with centering, guided breath work, joint mobilization, as well as seated bends and twists.
Once our breath and bodies are warm, we stand for the remainder of class, and may even occasionally use the TRX. We specifically focus on posture, core work, stability, strength, and coordination--all essential elements for a balanced body.
We finish with flexibility and then stillness to help soothe your nervous system and calm your body and mind.
