FUEL combines moving, coaching, and sweating…what else is there?! This 45-minute class allows enough time to teach and train, so you fuel your brain with knowledge and your body with proper movement. Workouts focus on all-body strength, core stability, and cardio using the TRX Suspension Trainer and are appropriate for all fitness levels. FUEL is the perfect “next step” in the BLAZE evolution after IGNITION Boot Camp.
