CIRCUIT for ACTIVE SENIORS
Each CIRCUIT class is an expertly coached, creative, yet purposeful blend of breath work, posture, stability, mobility, balance training, cardio and strength.
Circuit classes utilize different equipment each week, such as TRX, medicine balls, and resistance bands, so you’ll never have the same workout twice.
No experience is necessary to join our SMOLDER Active Seniors classes!
Classes use different training tools such as the TRX, resistance bands, and slam balls.

SLOW STRENGTH for ACTIVE SENIORS
Build strength to maintain confidence and movement independence at any age! This group strength class is for
all levels, and it focuses on the essentials of strength for active seniors. Classes are programmed to build core
strength as a foundation while learning how to move your body safely under load in order to build full body
strength. No prior experience is necessary to join our Active Seniors classes! because all BLAZE classes are
actively coached so participants understand how to move effectively to get the best results.
Classes use multiple modalities such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and TRX.

BREATHE & BALANCE for ACTIVE SENIORS
Everyone needs this gentle, mindful movement class which is specially curated for Active Seniors.
Breathe & Balance highlights essential aspects in maintaining independence and fostering well-being.
Classes begin with centering, guided breath work, and mobility, with a particular emphasis placed on grounding for spatial awareness, postural exercises, and stability for balance.
This full-body class incorporates gentle bending, twisting, rolling, coordination, standing strength, and even resistance bands.
Classes wind down with flexibility and stillness to offer ease to your body and mind.

TRX for ACTIVE SENIORS
Our SMOLDER classes began in January, 2019, and TRX was our very first class together!
The TRX is for all levels, and is a wonderful way to safely incorporate full body movements, with a particular
emphasis on core training. Active Seniors classes are essential for building strength, confidence, and
independence as we age. Each TRX class combines breath work, posture exercises, stability, mobility, balance
training, body awareness and strength. It is never too late to begin at BLAZE!
