PERSONAL TRAINING

Kari Woodall

I’m a former NCAA All-American swimmer, member of the US National Team, and Division I College Swimming Coach. In 2008, I left the grind of college athletics and performance-based results to open a business with one overarching philosophy: help people feel good through great movement. I became a Master Instructor for TRX Training and I presented movement and the science of programing throughout North America.

I own BLAZE Fitness & BREATHE Yoga Studios—two unique studios under one roof. We offer a full spectrum of training needs to help support well-being. Whether you train with our community in a class, online, or with me one-on-one, my goal is to coach you to move better so that you feel better every time you walk out the door.

My experience with Kari is truly amazing. She not only coaches me to a higher physical standard, but she also guides me in the mental aspects of my training through grounding and breath work, which are all crucial to my training. Each session is perfectly designed just for me so I not only become the best swimmer I can be, but also the best person.

I began working with Kari while recovering from a serious back injury, and her insight and guidance has been invaluable. The training was carefully crafted, and I experienced reduced back pain along with steady, ongoing improvements in mobility, coordination, balance and strength. Investing in personal training was an investment in my long term health. It made a measurable difference in my recovery and outperformed other treatments I pursued through my healthcare system.
